Refund Policy
Returns
Once your order has commenced production (for custom made orders) or left us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If we ship you a product and it is not the product you ordered, we will send a replacement item to you at our cost.
If the product(s) are faulty and to be eligible for a return, you item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (i.e. your sales or invoice number) and we will provide you with a Return Authorisation and a shipping address.
Replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If a replacement is approved, we will process your replacement order ASAP.
Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
