Shipping Policy

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. 

Standard shipping is the basic service offered by Australia Post. 

Express shipping is a faster service offered by Australia Post. 

All shipments are trackable via the AusPost App. 

Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) on a week day will be processed and posted the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (AEST) will be processed and posted on the next business day. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and posted on the next business day. 

Please note that postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, locations, natural disasters, customs investigations, carrier investigations and other uncontrollable factors. While we always try our best to ensure you receive your parcel ASAP, these timeframes are out of our control. 

Tracking Your Parcel

The Razcrew uses Australia Post as our preferred delivery service. Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to enable you to track your order via the AusPost App. 

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties Outside of Australia

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose not to pick up your order. 

Please note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks. 

Incorrect Information

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your order, invoice and shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name. 

If parcels are not able to be delivered, or collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded and a new postage fee will be required to be paid for by you. 

Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. 

If you do find that you have entered incorrect shipping information, please email us ASAP and we will attempt to correct the mistake if the parcel has not been sent but offer not guarantees. 

Christmas & Sale Periods

During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. Whilst we always aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how excited you are to received your little piece of the Razcrew.
